大众途观通病及解决方法（重点在方法！）
大众途观通病：无缘无故不启动，比如果洗车后，或换电瓶后，电量不足搭电后，其它突发情况。11、12、13年途观车出现的通病最多，有通病的都是95320仪表，早期的摩托罗拉仪表和现在的24C64仪表都没有问题。
产生问题原因：
1、线路问题。电脑发动机和仪表的连接线有问题
2、仪表的数据乱了，包括CS码、MAC码、PRN码及钥匙数等数据。仪表的数据容易坏，发动机电脑的数据不容易坏。
解决方法：
1、如果是线路问题，就维修线路
2、如果是仪表数据坏了，那么就需要读取发动机电脑上的CS码、MAC码、PRN码写入仪表防盗数据，注意检查车架号是否正常，不正确也可重写，并把B0~F0数据改为F，即清除所有钥匙。以上数据重写是以手工修改方式。写完数据后因钥匙数为0，要重新匹配钥匙。
简单的说，遇到不启动，先用阿福迪重新匹配钥匙，如果配不上，启动不了，就读数据，发动机和仪表数据一致，就检查维修线路，数据不一样就手工改写仪表数据，重新匹配。
途观的通病仪表维修怎么修改数据呢
修复方法：
根据仪表编号不同，有两种修复办法，原理都是一样。遇到这种故障时候，首先不用急着拆仪表，可以尝试用下面第一种方法修复。
方法一、用VVDI2修复
连接VVDI2到车辆OBD接口，进入仪表，读出防盗数据，然后保存。如果防盗数据有问题，VVDI2会直接提醒你数据是有问题的，不要再往下操作了！
然后呢，对于旧款一点的仪表，VVDl2接下来就会提示你是否要修复数据？我们直接点“是”，设备就会直接帮你修复锁死的数据，并保存。然后我们加载这个修复好的数据，写回仪表，再做一次钥匙学习即可。
但是，如果VVDI2弹出下面这个对话窗口，说明不能直接修复，就要通过第二种方法来解决。
方法二、直接手工修复95320数据
拆卸仪表，打开电路板，在电路板上找到八脚码片，型号95320。焊下用编程器读出数据。
对于一般锁匠来说，很多都不会分析数据，单看数据表面，很难察觉有什么大问题，怎么办呢？
通过经验和总结分析，我们发现，通常锁死的数据都有一个共通特征！
在蓝色标记部分430行~460行的数据都发生了异常，变为了数值一样的数据。以这个锁死的数据为例，全都变成6F了！
而正常的数据是不会这样排列的，很明显，问题就在这里！
那么我们应该怎么修复它呢，原始数据值又是多少？？
我们继续采用数据对比法进行分析，你就会发现，如果是正常数据，BB0行的数值，与430行~460行的数值是一致的，只不过是重复了3遍排列。
另一台车正常数据
根据这个正常数据的架构规律，我们很嗨就推算出，损坏数据的原始数值是多少了。
我们找到锁死数据的BB0行。
把这一列的数据，重复三次覆盖到430行~460行，就把这个数据修复好了，大功告成。

再通过编程器写回码片95320，焊回仪表装车，故障消除，不需要再做任何匹配，车马上就能启动。
Obd工具扩容集群
Obd集群扩容新建yaml配置文件由于资源限制问题，本次在三台机器上面启动两个observer进程模式2-2-2部署方式。
通过启动不同的监听端口实现。server不变，每台server上面启动两个ob进程。
删除proxy配置
